Our sales consultants will confirm the correct price or advise of any amendment before the booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to withdraw these prices without notice. Each appropriate Tour Operator or Airline reserves the right to change holiday details and/or flight and route. All holiday and flight prices quoted are in pounds sterling and all taxes, resort transfers charges may apply to selected holidays. A credit card charge of 2.5% applies.
Please note that the prices quoted on this website are supplied directly from the tour operator. Personal Travel Agents at Co-op Travel is working to encourage operators to include all unavoidable charges in their quoted prices. We believe this will provide greater transparency and give customers a fairer basis for comparing prices.

Bookings
Each appropriate Tour operator or Airline reserves the right to change holiday details and/or flight and routes. All customers who make a booking as a result of information contained within this website are required to hold a valid 10 year passport. Any children under 16 years who are not included on a valid 10 year passport will need to hold their own passport when travelling abroad. PersonalTravelAgents.co.uk will not be held responsible for any loss or delay that may occur as a result of the passport or visa not being produced for travel. New passport regulations are now in place for first time adult passport applications (aged over 16 years). As part of the passport application process, interviews are now required to support your passport application to be processed. This is to ensure that your identity is protected, so allow enough time for your passport application to be processed. It is the responsibility of the lead passenger to disclose facts about any passenger that may affect their ability to travel. Particular regard should be paid to the following:
- Criminal Offended (USA Visitors-Persons wishing to travel to the USA that have any criminal records including driving offences, must declare these at the time of booking)
- Machine readable passports required for travel to USA
- Previous deportations/refusals from countries/country that you are visiting
Charges will be incurred for any amendments made to a booking or travel arrangements. It is conditions of booking that you take out adequate insurance either by taking out our special holiday insurance or by arranging another policy that offers the same or protection. The carriage of passengers and their baggage is subject to provisions of the Warsaw convention (as amended if applicable) national legislation and carriers conditions of carriage.
Data Protection
In order to process your booking and ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements we need to use the information you provide such as name, address, any special needs/dietary requirements etc.
We take full responsibility for ensuring proper measures are in place to protect your information and we comply with all applicable data protection legislation as detailed by the UK Data Protection Act 1998. Information about you may be passed to other companies within The Midcounties Co-operative Society for administration, marketing and analysis purposes and for customer surveys and market research.
We collect information such as name, address and date of birth when an enquiry is generated, or a booking is made. We may contact you by mail, telephone, fax or email to let you know about any other products, services or promotions that may be of interest to you.
We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as airlines, hotels, transport companies etc. The tour operator or relevant supplier’s use of your information is subject to their policy, both in respect of your booking and any future marketing.
Please ask for a copy of this should you wish to see it. The information may also be provided to your insures (if apply for insurance), security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, for debt collection purposes or as required by law. Additionally, where your holiday is outside the European Economic area (EEA), controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. (If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers whether in the EEA or not, we cannot provide your booking. When making a booking you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.) We will not however pass any information onto any persons who aren’t responsible for part of your travel arrangements. This applies to any sensitive information that you give us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary/religious requirements.
If we change our Privacy Policy, the changes will be posted here, so that you are always kept informed of how we collect and use the information and when we would disclose it. Your continued use of this website constitutes your agreement to the changed policy.

KEEPING YOUR INFORMATION SECURE
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. For example, all information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers which means that your information can’t be read by anyone who doesn’t need to see it. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. When you get in touch with us, we’ll ask you a couple of security questions before we share any personal details just to check it’s you. No fee usually required
You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal information (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with the request in such circumstances.
What we may need from you
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access the information (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is another appropriate security measure to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.
Time limit to respond
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
Complaints to the regulator
If you do not think that we have processed your data in accordance with this notice you have the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues.
