High altitude skiing & guaranteed snow make St Anton Austria's No. 1 world-class resort with a short transfer from Innsbruck airport.
Challenging skiing (but easy slopes too!) across 304km of interconnected pistes - plus legendary après-ski. Mighty St Anton is one of the best high-alpine ski resorts in the world and has the reputation of being best suited to strong skiers and boarders. But that certainly shouldn’t put less confident skiers off – there’s plenty for them too!
St. Anton is renowned for its challenging skiing, which goes hand-in-hand with spectacular scenery and lively après-ski. The long, exhilarating descents from the Valluga, scenic valley runs and world-class off-piste skiing attract keen skiers year after year who relish the bragging rights back home. Also included in the Arlberg lift pass are the exclusive resorts of Lech, Zürs, Stuben and St. Christoph.
With the new Flexenbahn link opening in the last few years, all resorts in the Arlberg ski area - St. Anton, St. Christoph, Stuben, Zürs, Lech, Oberlech, as well as Ströcken and Warth are easily and comfortably accessible on skis without the need of a bus making this the one of largest interconnected ski areas in Austria.
Chalet Kapall is part of the Mountain Lodge development in the popular Gastig area of St. Anton and is available to book exclusively as well as room by room. The chalet style is smart and contemporary, with open-plan living and dining areas including a cosy log fire. All bedrooms are en suite and some have shared balconies and terraces to give a light and airy feel. The four Mountain Lodge chalets share an excellent wellness area with a sauna, steam room, and relaxation area. The indoor plunge pool with whirlpool jets is the perfect place to chill out after a day on the slopes.
The chalet is located a 15 minute walk downhill to the resort centre. We have arranged with our ski and board hire partner that all pre-booked skis and boots can be left at the shop just next to the lifts, leaving you free to return to the chalet or stop at one of St Anton’s renowned après ski venues in the centre of the resort.
There is a free ski bus stop just 300 metres from the chalet, giving easy access to the main Galzig and Rendl lifts in less than 5 minutes. A regular night bus service is also available at minimal local cost.
